	The project consists of 31 luxurious villas on a land plot of 20,000 square meters. The architect designed ten different villa types ranging from two to five bedrooms to meet all diverse customer needs. All villas are set on individual plots of land ranging from 321 to 958 square meters, some with private swimming pools as a standard feature. The villas are designed in such a way as to blend with the environment while creating an exclusive personalized atmosphere for the residents.
	The project consists of 1,500 square meters of landscaped common areas, and 9,700 square meters of landscaped private areas. In fact, only 19% of the entire project area is built up leaving 56% for private or common landscaped areas, and 25% for roads and pavements. With the use of Landscape Architects we plan to create an exotic environment. We will plant multiple young and mature trees, install quality street lighting and create a special environment with attractive walkways within the resort and beachfront.
